TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
These general terms apply to services provided by Grow Estate (estate agency activities such as sale, purchase, letting and related advice) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Definitions
“Client” means the natural or legal person instructing Grow Estate; “Agreement” means the engagement confirmed between Grow Estate and the client.
3. Applicability
These terms apply to all quotations, assignments and agreements. Deviations are valid only if confirmed in writing.
4. Services
Grow Estate will perform its services with care, in line with industry practice and the agreed scope. The client provides timely, accurate information and cooperation.
5. Agreement
An agreement is formed by written confirmation, signing of an engagement letter, or explicit acceptance of an offer, as applicable.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, VAT and payment terms are set out in the quotation or engagement letter. Invoices are payable within the stated term unless agreed otherwise.
7. Liability
Grow Estate’s liability is limited to the amount paid out under its professional liability insurance, or—if lower—the fee paid for the relevant assignment in the twelve months preceding the event, except where law mandates otherwise.
8. Duration and termination
Duration and notice periods follow the engagement letter or these terms. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties treat confidential information carefully and use it only for the purpose of the assignment.
10. Intellectual property
Materials produced by Grow Estate (texts, photos, presentations) remain its property unless transfer is agreed in writing.
11. Complaints
Submit complaints in writing; we aim to respond within a reasonable period and seek a solution in good faith.
12. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
13. Changes
Grow Estate may amend these terms; changes are published on the website and take effect as stated there.
